Hi Jenni

Sorry I have not replied earlier been offline since Wednesday evening and only picked this up while browsing during my lunch hour.

Are you in Southampton General?

If so; let me know & I can pop in over the bank holiday weekend if you are still hospitalised. My Mother in Law lives at Lordshill & I know my way fairly well round the General as I have my blood tests there.

Jenni has now been seen by two "dishy doctors" and as Richard has bought her the Sean Bean dvd's to drool over, she is keeping her spirits up! Thank goodness she is being looked after and not just left as she was last time she was in.

Hmm... two dishy doctors??

I forgot to ask when we spoke this morning Jean, do you have Jenni's hospital address?
No, it's not so that I can go and check out the docs, I want to send her a card!
It's lovely to hear that Jenni is being properly looked after. Lets hope it's quiet for her at night so she can sleep.

Love, Doreen xx

Glad to hear Jenni is getting lots of attention - I hope they can come up with a cunning plan to help her.

Please give her my love, and thanks for keeping us informed. If you know the hospital address, could you let me know please.

Love Lyn

Hi All

Jenni is in Ward d5 at Southampton General Hospital, Tremona Road, Southampton, Hants SO16 6YD

She is seeing her consultant on Wednesday and in the meantime is having a stomach and heart scan, her bloods have been taken and she is seeing dermatology later today. She has also seen the physios and, in Jenni's own words "they have sent for reinforcements" At last she seems to be getting some joined up treatment. She sends her love to everyone and knows you are all thinking about her.

Love Jeanxxx

Thanks for the update Jean. Is Jenni staying in until after she has seen the consultant? I thought she had said that she was only going to be in for the day initially. I'm so glad that re-enforcements have been called and hope they get their act together. Will be thinking of Jenni and her family and hoping for a positive outcome.

Sorry to hear you are suffering Mary. We should have a central hospital where we can all just check in when we need to - all doctors would have to pass a dishy test to get in - that would be interesting.
